How We Started

Garments That Preach was established in November 2018 after I was told I couldn’t minister in pants because they were deemed a distraction. As a God-fearing woman, I felt deeply upset and emotional before preparing to share God's word with His people. While I was waiting, God spoke to me, saying, “Garments That Preach.” In that moment, I decided to create not just the dance garments I was used to making, but also garments for women ministers—garments that allow them to speak and still be modestly covered.
